The Foundations of an Innovative Vision
Carolyne, a distinguished Puerto Rican entrepreneur and a leader in Business and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, had the vision to initiate specialized services to promote psychologically healthy organizations. Her skills and professional experience in family and private businesses led her to start a service company where she offers innovative solutions focused on maximizing business growth.

Foundation and First Steps
Conducta Organizacional was founded in Puerto Rico with the vision of promoting healthy psychological growth in businesses. We specialize in providing services to StartUps and SMEs, launching innovative solutions that have generated positive results for our clients. We incorporate specialized professionals to carry out our projects.

Growing in Services and Relationships
Our evolution led us to implement complementary services, comprehensively addressing the needs of personnel, structure, and operational processes. We are distinguished by excellence in our service and by establishing strong relationships with our clients at Puerto Rico.

In 2022, we elevated our visibility, standing out for our professionalism, trustworthiness, and quality. We enhanced our digital presence with advanced strategies and campaigns on digital platforms, expanding our reach to attract new clients and offer them our effective solutions.

Expansion and Team Management

Structuring the Future & New Location in Illinois

We registered the corporation in the state of Illinois in the United States, named Organizational Behavior LLC, as an opportunity for expansion and growth.
