With over 10 years of experience leading and managing organizations, as well as formal studies in organizational management, she completed two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration with concentrations in management and marketing. Subsequently, she completed a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is a licensed psychologist by the Board of Psychologists of Puerto Rico. Currently, she is a doctoral candidate in the PhD program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Albizu University, San Juan, Puerto Rico. She specializes in studying and analyzing human behavior in the workplace; conducting organizational diagnostics and collaborating in organizational change and development processes. Additionally, she has been distinguished for managing, structuring, and evaluating business systems and personnel management administration.

With over 12 years of formal study in pedagogy, theology, and psychology, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies. Additionally, he holds three master's degrees, the first in Arts in Religious Education, the second in Psychology with a specialization in Counseling and a third master's degree in Clinical Psychology. He is a licensed psychologist by the Board of Psychologists of Puerto Rico. Currently, he is enrolled in the Doctoral Program at Wheaton College in Illinois, completing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology. He is dedicated to developing psychoeducational programs that drive organizations to grow holistically, evaluating work systems to function psychologically healthily, and educating individuals and organizations to contribute to the development of their professional skills in their workplaces.
